Ashley Easterbrook
Ashley graduated from Plymouth University in 2001 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2004. He joined Myer Wolff in 2007.
Ashley’s expertise is in the area of Private Client work, which includes advising clients about Wills, Inheritance Tax Planning and the creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
In addition Ashley deals with Probate applications and the complete administration of estates. Ashley also prepares and advises on a variety of Trusts, and oversees all aspects of applications to the Court of Protection to appoint a Deputy.
Ashley is a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section, and a Full Professional Member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
