Nicola McMaster

Nicola joined Myer Wolff in September 1999. She studied law by correspondence through the Institute of Legal Executives whilst working full time for Myer Wolff.  Nicola was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in August 2007.

Nicola specialises in Domestic Abuse dealing mainly with applications under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1997 for non-molestation and occupation orders within the County Court.  The vast majority of these applications are made on an emergency basis within the County Court and Nicola has a great deal of experience in dealing very sensitively with very distressed clients in such situations.

Nicola also gives advice to Respondents in injunction proceedings and specialises in Private Children cases, including residence and contact applications, many of which involve issues of domestic abuse.
