As of the 21st May 2010 the Government has suspended the requirement for sellers to provide Home Information Packs when marketing their property. The only requirement that remains is to supply an Energy Performance Certificate, which has to be obtained within 28 days of putting your property on the market. Aside from this no other documentation is now required.
