Gemma Adams accepted as a member of the SRA Children Accreditation Scheme

 

Gemma Adams. a family law solicitor at Hull law firm Myer Wolff, was accepted onto the Children Accreditation Scheme of the Solicitors Regulation Authority on 1st December 2009.

Membership of the Children Accreditation Scheme enables legal professionals to represent children in Court proceedings.  The scheme requires that all candidates for accreditation are experienced legal professionals who meet stringent criteria including having attended an approved training course, having been interviewed by two assessors, and having submitted a portfolio of relevant past work for consideration.  This rigorous process ensures that the Children Accreditation Scheme is a prestigious and highly valued accreditation that provides assurance of the very best legal representation for children's interests in such proceedings.
