Criminal Law

Criminal Advocates offer representation at all Police Stations, Magistrates' and Crown Courts in Hull, the East Riding and North Lincolnshire areas.

The Department consists of three solicitors, accredited clerks, plus support staff.

Family Law

Our Family Department is able to offer representation before the County Court and Family Proceedings Court covering Public and Private Children Law cases, injunctions and Ancillary relief.

The department consists of seven solicitors, a legal executive advocate, a legal executive and a trainee solicitor together with two paralegal clerks plus support staff.

We have lawyers who are members of the Law Society's Children Accreditation Scheme and Family Accreditation Scheme as well as Resolution Accredited Specialists. We also have two in-house collaborative lawyers and a mediator.

Mental Health Law

Representation is available by Senior Partner, Tim Durkin who has been on the Law Society's Mental Health Panel since its inception. He is able to conduct cases in the East Yorkshire and Humber Region including North Lincolnshire.
